18th century pub rebuilt in 1878. A former Whitbread pub from 1891 for about a century. It was also a Hogshead pub. Now a fairly typical Greene King managed pub. It is quite spacious with a U-shaped interior. Walls either has Wood Paneling painted blue or exposed brickwork.
