A village local in a fourteenth century building which has been a pub for over 200 years, its bar has a lovely log fire and beamed ceiling while the lounge/dining room is cosy and comfy. Popular with ramblers as a number of local walking routes begin outside the pub car park. Fish Shop Night (eat-in or take-away) are available on Mondays and Curry & Pizza Night are on Wednesdays. This pub has a quiz night on the last Thursday of the month.
