In May 2025 the lease of the pub was taken over by Stubbings Pub Group, having been run primarily as a Greek & Cypriot Restaurant, called Yiayias, for six years. It is expected that it will revert to more of a pub focus.
The Grade II listed Fox was built in the 15th century, and after successive refurbishments now consists of an extending single bar area complemented by a separate dining room. It is furbished in a modern style, whilst still retaining some of the feel of a village local in the bar, area. It also has an extensive outdoor terrace behind the pub which also includes an area available for private hire. Live sporting events are shown on large screens in the bar.
