This Pub is Permanently Closed

The pub was purchased from the licensee, Ernest Robinson, by Watkins & Aston who owned the grocers shop next door. They closed the pub, demolished it and the shop and built the current building on the site. It is currently (2022) occupied by an estate agent and letting agency.
