This Victorian hotel, believed to date from 1870, has polished wood tables with armchairs and sofas giving a relaxed, contemporary atmosphere. Bar meals are served and there is a separate restaurant specialising in Fine Dining. The large outdoor seating area makes this a popular pub in the summer, and the function room can be hired for parties, weddings and other functions. Breakfast is available for non-residents if booked in advance. Impressive discount on real ale for CAMRA members.
