This Pub is Closed Long Term

SEP 2024 - Closed down 14th September.

JUN 2024 - New conservatory now in use.

NOV 2023 - A new more substantial conservatory is under construction and it is hoped it will be completed by spring 2024 which will significantly increase the capacity of the pub.

This comfortable and welcoming pub near the English border is frequented by locals and travellers on the adjacent A1. The cosy small bar area, with real fire and sports TV, is decorated with nautical artefacts. Handy for a walk down the steep hill to the charming little harbour at Lower Burnmouth.
NOTE: May open earlier in the summer months.
