FEB 2025 - WARNING: The handpump is serving a Pilot Beer from a sealed keg but with minimal CO2 pressure applied, so it doesn't taste fizzy. It's the same beer that may also be put in casks. Ask the staff for more information if required.

OCT 2024 - One handpump installed so now selling real ale, Pilot Stout being the first available.

AUG 2024 - Reopened as the False Widow. Sister pub to Mother Superior and Powder Room. A few mainstream keg beers but mostly local beers from Pilot, Newbarns, Campervan, Vault City, etc
