Redevelopment of pub, including demolition of rear extensions and brick addition to the rear and construction of a setback roof extension to provide an additional storey of accommodation and construction of rear extensions at ground, first and second floor level; excavation of basement, external rear lightwell and internal front lightwell, and insertion of new windows in existing rear elevation. Also proposed is an amendment of existing gate to rear to provide pedestrian access off Draco Road to residential refuse and cycle stores.
