Recently (2025) sympathetically refurbished roadside pub with thatched roof, leaded windows and a homely feel. The interior is decorated with brasses, rural prints and an inglenook fireplace and has two cosy log burners. There is an extensive menu with restaurant and bar food available, and seating for those that just want a drink. The front garden has a fine view of the Dorset countryside and Horton Tower.
