The Downham Arms is situated just outside Wickford town on the London Road. Has a good mix of both older and young customers and with a wide range of alcoholic and soft drinks at a fair price, a round of drinks is always good value for money. Up to four real ales are served. With a number of TV screens, it is a great pub to watch sport in and often have live music or other entertainment on.
