Large, popular club on the north-western side of Cullingworth village. First formed in 1891, it is a private members’ club affiliated to the Association of Conservative Clubs. The main parts of the buildings date back to the 17th and 18th centuries. Inside there is a bar, lounge, games room, TV room and snug. A large, beautiful orangery is located at the rear of the premises which opens out to a substantial 3-tier stone patio with all-weather cover and garden giving a panoramic view of the open countryside. Functions can be held in the club or garden area for virtually any event (including christenings, birthdays, anniversaries, leaving parties, weddings and funerals) and entertainment can also be arranged for these to suit any taste including live acts, D.J.’s or music through the club's own sound system with disco lights, strobes, lasers and smoke effects. An extensive a la carte menu and buffet menu are offered with various options for functions together with a varied wine list. Tea and quality freshly made coffee is also available. A jazz night takes place on Wednesdays, there is a quiz night on Thursdays and a Sunday evening bingo session. The annual membership subscription is £15.00 for individuals and £20.00 for couples which is to be paid for the start of each year. Junior membership for 16-17 year olds is also available at £2 annually..
