This Pub is Permanently Closed

Opening as Los Marinos in 1989/1990, it had become Old Orleans by 1995 and ended its days as Cuccini's before closing sometime around 2007. Premises remained empty until permission to convert to offices was granted in 2012. (Source planning docs.)
