Bar situated just off the main square in the centre of Huntly. Taken over in May 2017 by the legendary Harry Halkett, late of the Clifton Bar in Lossiemouth, and then the short-lived Imperial in Elgin. Since Harry has now sadly passed away, the status of its ownership is not currently known.
The pub consists of an original small, but airy public bar and a larger separate lounge accessed from Richmond Lane and marked 'Harry's Lounge and Beer Garden'. The ale is dispensed from the lounge but is served in either bar.
Beer is served on key-keg and at last visit was SpeyValley key-keg Spey's Cadet and Lager. Bo longer considered to be selling real ale since the demise of Windswept Brewery, which used to supply its Wolf which replaced Guinness at the time! No food is served.
Small outdoor drinking area closes at 10pm and is accessed from lounge.
