The application to construct a new primary care medical centre and renovate and change of use of adjacent existing Grade II listed buildings (Nos 7, 11 and 15 Cousen Road) was granted on 11 Jun 2008. The site is now used for The Ridge Medical Practice and adjacent residential housing.
