2015 - Opened as a Community Centre.

Dec 2014 - Planning application to turn in to offices. Purchased by Scottish Borders Council for use as a sort of Selkirk Heritage come Flood Group come History Group Centre, with part EU funding.

Jan 2011 - Closed indefinitely

Jun 2010 - Closed and boarded up.

Once a real ale outlet but latterly from Feb 1998 did not serve real ale.
