This Pub is Closed Long Term

**Closed in September 2025, and put on the market the following month. It was notified on 4/11/25 that a steering group of local residents is currently looking at the possibility of bringing it into community ownership**

Pant means 'hollow' in Welsh, maybe because it lies directly below the disused mines at Llanymynech Rocks Nature Reserve. This serves as a reminder that hereabouts. the very penetrable national frontier is close by.!
