Large Victorian country pub with many country walks from the doorstep. Outdoor seating area at front and large beer garden at the rear with children's play area. Dog friendly in the bar area. There is plenty of interesting cricket memorabilia and Mill Green Common opposite the pub was used to play cricket matches in the past.

Live music once a month. Clay Shooting Club days can be arranged.
