Located on Sticker Lane close to the Dunelm store. As the Royal Oak pub, it had already been closed for a long time when visited on 17 Nov 2013. On 19 Sep 2019, a planning application (ref. 19/01804/FUL) for change of use into an office building was granted by City of Bradford MDC. However, when visited on 20 Jun 2021, the building was still abandoned with blocked up doors and no sign of any conversion work having commenced. A subsequent planning application (ref. 22/02060/FUL), for change of use into a restaurant with extensions to the building, was granted by City of Bradford MDC on 5 Jul 2022. On 05 Jul 2023, it was reported that a 'Premises Licence' application has been submitted. It re-opened as the Continental Bar & Kitchen on 30 August 2024. It is unclear whether it is possible to just have a drink at this establishment. A survey is yet to be undertaken.
