THIS BAR IS ONLY OPEN FROM NOON-10PM ON THE FIRST SATURDAY OF EACH MONTH.

Cosy bar in Connoisseur Ales brewery serving a selection of beers brewed on site. There is always a dark beer available and all new and test brews appear here first. A large selection of bottle conditioned beers are also available as well as fruit wines and mead. Tours of the brewery are conducted between 12 – 6pm. Extra seating available outside in summer. The monthly open days are busy with a mix of local regulars plus out of town visitors. Its proximity to the train and bus stations makes it an ideal place to start the real ale trail around the town. Discount for CAMRA members.
