Small family hotel, originally built in the 1850s by the Salwey family. Re-opened after a change of management and two-month refurbishment in August 2014.
The Cliffe describes itself as a 'restaurant with rooms', though this does a disservice to the pleasant central drinking area. The bar/reception desk is flanked by two restaurant areas. It is in a peaceful location across the river from town. From Ludlow, cross Dinham Bridge. As the road bears left, go straight on up narrow no through road. Pub is on LH side.
This Pub serves no changing beers and 1 regular beer.
