This Pub is Closed Long Term

Formerly two cottages dating back to 1660 and converted in 1870. The original beams are in place. The bar has two fireplaces one at each end. The pub is situated on the busy A264 Horsham to Crawley road. There is an extensive rear garden on two levels.

Currently closed. Boards up showing for lease or sale and a planning application granted DC/19/1912 | Change of use of public house (A4) to restaurant/cafe (A3) and hot food takeaway (A5). Demolition of existing single storey rear extension and erection of a rear extension, including internal and external alterations, with associated parking and landscaping. Approved 6 Jan 2021.
