Quiet, bright yellow, country pub, owned by the current licensee since 1978, serving a good selection of home-made food. There is a function room behind the main bar and a large garden with plane-tree. No draught beer - only bottled beer. There is a regular weekly bikers' evening, with their annual real-ale festival.
