Community-owned village pub.
14th century Grade II listed timber-framed pub located in the middle of the country village of Ash.
Inside there's a large main bar area with a cosy restaurant at the back, which can also serve as a function room. The decor is simple with wooden floors, panelling and furniture adding to the warm, comfortable environment.
There's an interesting menu, with a Vietnamese twist to the dishes. On Sunday, a roast is served, that alternates each week.
At the back there is a large garden and Bat & Trap pitch.
There is limited parking behind the pub, however there is a free public car park across the road and plenty of on-street parking.
