When it was Jamies it was a smartly furnished cocktail style bar with polished flooring and an overall cream and orange decor in a Georgian Townhouse. Curved bar counter with pine tables and chairs and red leather settees by the front windows. Food oriented with waitress service. Opened as Zeldas in 1994 but had previously been the Swiss Club.
Subsequently a live music venue from 2009 but closed at the end of 2010 when the freehold was sold. An application to demolish and replace with four flats and restaurant at ground floor and basement levels was allowed on appeal. Demolition started in June 2015, the frontage is being retained.
