This Pub is Closed Long Term
In 1822 as the Carpenters Arms it was brewing its own ale as did most pubs back then. Recently taken on by the proprietors of the Bistro Forty Two in neighbouring Horbury and building a reputation for food. Far and away the most stylish real ale outlet in the town centre.
Historic Interest
Records back to 1822.
