This Pub is Permanently Closed

Real Ale was introduced in 2012 but planning permission was then granted by Lambeth Council for demolition of this London Regional Inventory pub (original Victorian glass partitions separate the main bar from the staircase and separate back bar and function room) and redevelopment to provide a nine storey block of 31 flats above flexible A3/A4/B1/D1/community or communal areas with 42 cycle parking spaces. The pub finally closed on 5 September 2015.
