As the name suggests, this new outlet has opened in an old butcher's shop. A number of meat hooks remain in place. Cask beer is normally supplied from Merseyside breweries. 80 plus bottled beers are stocked

Table service and bar tabs available.

Open from 10am for breakfast, teas and coffees. Alcohol from noon.

This is a bar that sells some food to accompany drinks, such as paninis for lunch and ribs or pizza later. The limited capacity can mean a wait for a table. There are now a couple of pavement tables outside.
