This Ex-Lacons street corner, dog-friendly inn is a short walk from the town centre and serves up to six real ales. The landlord has run this pub for over 20 years and hosts quizzes, vinyl nights, community events and food evenings. The interior was formerly separate lounge and public bars. The bar and real fire remain in the original building with a dartboard and pool tables in an extension.
