Located on the outskirts of Duffield, on the road to Little Eaton, by the bridge that crosses the River Derwent, from where the pub gets its name. This stone built pub is popular for its riverside location, especially in summer when the large outside garden and patio overlooking the river is just the ticket for a refreshing drink and alfresco dining. On cold winter evenings a real wood fire provides a welcome warming. Handy stop for walkers and cyclists in the area. Local football tams and fishing club meet here. A quiz takes place on Thursday and Sunday at 9pm.
This Pub serves 2 changing beers (From Marston's range of breweries.) and 1 regular beer.
