Brewhemian Hopsody, York

New micropub opened September 2025 situated at the end of a parade of shops in what would otherwise be a particularly dry residential area. The bar is at the back on the right-hand side housing three handpulls serving changing cask ales from smaller local and national breweries and there are seven keg options; beer choices together with ABVs and prices are displayed on a board at the end of the bar. Shelving and a beer fridge at the front of the pub display an extensive choice of canned beers to drink in or take away. There are bar stools at drinking shelves in the window, some tall tables with stools, and regular tables and chairs down the left-hand side. Buses stop directly outside and opposite making for an easy visit from the city centre.
