The pub includes a timber-framed building dating back to 1700, that had its own brewery until 1925. There is a well-furnished bar, the Mallard Room, to the left of the entrance, with a larger combined lounge cum dining area, the Pheasant Room, to the right. The rear of the building has a courtyard that includes an outside seating area, children's playground, and the bed and breakfast accommodation (four en suite rooms) in the converted stable block. In front of the building is a lovely beer garden. Guest beers include ales from the local Milton Brewery.
This Pub serves 3 changing beers (Often Milton, Lacon's or Woodforde's) and 0 regular beers.
