WHEN VISITED IN AUGUST 2020, IT WAS NOTED THAT THIS PUB WAS CLOSED WITH METAL SHUTTERS ON THE DOOR AND WINDOWS. THIS WAS STILL THE CASE ON 3 JUNE 2021.

Traditional ale house in the city centre. Disabled access by side door. Has karaoke on every day of the week. No real ale is served.
