This is a restaurant, where drinking alcohol, including draught and bottled beer, is only allowed when food is being consumed.

The Boathouse serves a varied menu of fish and shellfish, along with meat, vegan and veggie dishes, all made using fresh, locally sourced produce. Real ale is not available here. Live music plays on Friday evenings and Sunday teatimes. Charity quiz nights also feature.
