This Pub is Permanently Closed

Reputedly a replacement for a pub of the same name on Market Street. The pub had a beer, cider & perry licence. Henry Brown was the licensee and a cordwainer in 1901, Charles C Robinson in 1904 and Mrs Jane Tipping, later at the Fountain, at the time of closure.
