A traditional Grade II listed pub, about half a mile from both the seafront and the terminus of the nearby Heritage Steam Railway. There are two bars with stone floors and wood burners serving three well-kept ales. It is renowned for its quality food, and booking for tables is essential. There is a lovely rear garden that catches the evening sunshine.
