An historic pub with rooms in the charming village of Amberley at the heart of the South Downs. It features log fires and a well appointed restaurant for fine dining. A spacious and traditional hostelry featuring a secluded patio garden but only street parking.

Re-opened in April 2026 after refurbishment under a new local family ownership, who also own the Nutbourne vineyard nearby.

Serves 3 cask ales, including one rotating guest.
