Secluded pub set in a picturesque hilltop forest. Access is easiest from Caerphilly Mountain, but also along country lanes from Pantmawr and Tongwynlais. With its inviting open fire, the bar is popular with ramblers, and dogs are welcome. There is a garden at the front and an outdoor heated area for smokers.
