Old inn of character known as “the bottom house” . Cosy bar area has old settles round an open fire; to the rear is a raised area with pool table. The 'Vic" room provides a very smart revamped dining area. The pub sign was originally hung upside down following a widely publicised dispute between a previous licensee and the National Park Planning Authority. May close early if quiet.
