This is a historic traditional pub opposite the Church, off the High Street in Odiham, originally licenced in 1509, and now Listed Grade II.
Until closure it was a small friendly local with real fire and warm welcome and serving a selection of cask ales. This pub has recently reopened after a community effort to save the pub.
The record will be updated as soon as a survey can be done.
Active Campaign
A community group, Odiham Community Interest Company, is campaigning to save the pub. When the previous tenants retired, Admiral Taverns sold the pub to a developer. The community group has successfully opposed a planning application for change of use by the pub's owner, including opposing an appeal. The community group has by the end of April 2024 to raise sufficient capital to purchase the pub.
See the group's website for more details.
This Pub serves no changing beers and 2 regular beers.
