At the beginning of March, it was reported that there was no real ale.

Genuinely old pub located roadside on the main route through Bedmond to Hemel Hempstead. Cosy single bar with low ceilings and brass bric-a-brac. A real fire is available at one end of the bar. Look out for the easily missed inglenook that now houses a TV.
