This Pub is Closed Long Term
An imposing building on the old road to Lancashire, constructed in 1931 to replace two separate pubs of the same names, now almost surrounded by the shopper's car park, opposite the Halifax Playhouse. inside, it has three pleasantly decorated drinking areas, one at a raised level and another containing a pool table. This 'locals' pub also enjoys a weekly disco and quizzes.
