This Pub is Permanently Closed
Small 18th-century free house, set in the middle of a row of cottages in an attractive village. Comprising a beamed lounge with a central fireplace, bustling bar and games room (home to Mac, the red-bellied Macaw), it enjoys an excellent reputation for home-cooked food (not Mon). Up to two guest beers are sourced from micro-breweries countrywide. This former local CAMRA Rural Pub of the Year has an enclosed garden with a small play area.
