At the front of the Hilton Cambridge City Centre hotel but operating as a separate entity. It traded as Quinn's Irish Pub for 20 years before closing in March 2017. In 2019 it became Roguery Brew Project, a lifestyle venue (coffee, cocktails, haircuts).

In spring 2023 it became Bar-OH, a cocktail bar open until 1am (midnight on Sunday). Spread over two floors. Retro computers and games.
