Perched at the gable end of a terraced block of colony flats with an ornate exterior which features an eye-catching clock for a hanging sign. Two entrances lead into a spacious, wood panelled room dominated by a large island bar and some fine mirrors. Very much a friendly locals’ pub, it can be busy when Hibs are at home but normally is more relaxed. Several large screens show football and the jukebox gets regular use. The three hand pumps feature prominently at the front of the bar and sell beers from independent breweries. A separate, large function room is available for bookings. Children are not admitted.
