This large, well proportioned, tile-hung building describes itself as a modern stylish country pub and eating house, and that is what you will find. Originally the Barley Mow, the present pub dates from 1927. Extensively refurbished in September 2025, the Arkle Manor comprises a lounge bar and a separate restaurant where a good selection of fresh food is served. The large bar area is in three parts, with one section, which is behind the fireplace, reached up a few steps. There is also a smaller area found towards the rear garden. The garden has a good sized section which is under cover. To the front of the pub is a patio garden.
This Pub serves no changing beers and 1 regular beer.
