This 200 year old building stands beside Eling Creek. It offers views of moored yachts and, beyond stacks of shipping containers and Southampton's docks. It is within yards of one of the UK's two remaining working tide mills. The interior is mainly painted wood with comfortable seating in the bar area. There is a separate dining room serving modern pub food with the addition of roasts on Sunday and sandwiches/light bites for lunch during the rest of the week. Outside is a patio area with seating and a beach hut that may open in the summer selling ice cream and snacks, and also tackle for children to fish for crabs.
This Pub serves no changing beers and 3 regular beers.
