'Irish Tavern' opened June 2026 in premises formerly occupied by TGI Friday. Cavernous L-shaped interior with a large oblong central servery. Walls largely covered with old metallic adverising signs (many inevitably for Guinness) and framed prints. Liberal use of green tiling elsewhere. Stage at one end for the daily music shows. Outdoor drinking area at front. Part of a chain, currently sixteen strong.
