This Other Drinking Establishment is Closed Long Term

This is an other drinking establishment and you will be charged for entrance at all times.

Although the building had been built in 1890, it had only been a hotel since 1989. In 2007 it was refurbished and included an oak whisky bar and a restaurant. A three bedroom house was also built adjacent to the hotel. The most recent owners retired after 22 years in charge on 15 November 2025. The former hotel was sold and is subject to a planning application to convert it back into a private house.
