Was due to be new Wetherspoons pub in conversion from former Robinson's restaurant.

Planning Application 19/01975/FUL | Status: Application Permitted Nov 2019. All relevant "Conditions" were discharged by March 2022 (22/00649/DISCON).

However, building is now back on the market with Savills and might be used for any function. Has never been a pub.
