This Pub is Permanently Closed

Demolished 1/10/1979, site is now road scheme. Closed 1/10/1979. History: Former mid-terrace Chesters, latterly Whitbread house. After demolition by CPO, the site became part of the then M63 (later M60) motorway. The original address of Brinksway Road, ran from Georges Road to Brinksway Bridge.
